Thank you, Mr. President ...

So the aim was John Spencer.  I'm not done with it yet and I still need to figure exactly what is wrong with it.  Mr. Spencer's head is more ... roundish.  and the eyes still bother me.  However, I don't think it was a bad first attempt.
